Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Australia and internationally. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Domestic (Australia): 2-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, and public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any applicable free shipping thresholds or promotions will be displayed at checkout.
